The e-cookbook 'From The Trainer's Table' are a collection of recipes that our athlete's at BODYSMITH International have used over the years during their off-season and in-season training to get the most strong, lean, and healthy bodies of their lives. The recipes in this cookbook are a combination of my own and with various publications I have found. These are easy to cook recipes that are fun to make and that do not take too much time to prepare. In this cookbook you will find recipes for making main dishes, side dishes, desert's, sauces, and protein shake recipes for gaining lean muscle and loosing unwanted body fat, using the Isagenix performance products. All are low calories and low in fat but high in great taste and awesome nutritional value. Always use organic products or the freshest local ingredients when possible. I believe that you will be very pleased with the first edition of the BSI Athlete's E-Cookbook.
